摘  要:陆地生态系统碳监测卫星多波束激光雷达用于森林碳汇遥测,通过计算激光到达树冠和地面的时间差获取高精度的植被高度。激光器作为多波束激光雷达的发射光源,是其核心和关键部件。激光雷达对光源的需求是高光束品质、高脉冲重复频率的大能量纳秒脉冲激光。激光器采用主振荡功率放大的技术路线,振荡级为正交双Porro被动调Q超稳谐振腔构型,输出重复频率40Hz、脉冲宽度约4ns、单脉冲能量约2mJ的单频脉冲激光;放大级采用板条放大技术,获得单脉冲能量75mJ、光束品质因子M2优于1.5的激光输出,达到雷达所需光源指标要求,证明该激光器设计合理,可作为高重频对地遥感类激光光源的设计参考。The terrestrial ecosystem carbon inventory satellite’s multi-beam LiDAR is mainly used for forest carbon sinks monitoring. The multi-beam LiDAR enables the satellite to get high-precision plant height by calculating the difference between the time when the laser beams scan the crown of the tree and the time when the laser beams reach the ground. The transmitter lasers play a crucial role in multi-beam LiDAR.High-energy nanosecond pulsed lasers with high beam quality and high pulse repetition rate is required for LiDAR transmitter. The laser adopts the technical route of main oscillation power amplification(MOPA), and the oscillator is an orthogonal double Porro passive Q-swtiched resonant cavity configuration. A pulse energy of ~2mJ and a pulse width of ~4ns at 40Hz repeating rate are achieved in laser oscillator. The amplifier stage uses slab amplification technology to obtain a laser output with a single pulse energy of 75mJ and a beam factor M2 of less than 1.5. These parameters meet the requirements of the Li DAR’s transmitter, which proves that the laser design is reasonable, and can be used as a design reference for high pulse repetition freq uency laser for remote sensing LiDAR.
