摘 要:日光诱导叶绿素荧光超光谱探测仪具有更高的光谱分辨率及更多的光谱通道,而杂散光是影响超光谱探测仪光谱测量精度的关键因素之一。陆地生态系统碳监测卫星搭载的超光谱探测仪为光栅式光谱仪,其入射和出射狭缝的存在使得系统本身杂散光的抑制多了一道屏障,因此该类遥感器杂散光的主要来源为视场内的杂散光。文章描述了该类杂散光的来源及特点,最后以超光谱探测仪空间维为例,建立杂散光校正数学模型,介绍了视场内杂散光分布测量方法、测量步骤,并对校正效果进行了分析。结果表明,杂光分布影响因子d和杂光分布因子矩阵D可正确表征光谱仪的杂散光特性。Solar-induced Chlorophyll Fluorescence Imaging Spectrometer has higher spectral resolution and more spectral channels. Stray light is one of the key factors affecting the spectral measurement accuracy of the hyperspectral detector. The detector is a grating spectrograph,and the existence of entrance and exit slits is beneficial to stray light suppression. Therefore, stray light mainly comes from the field of view. This paper describes the performance of this kind of stray light, and gives the definition and ph ysical meaning of crosstalk.Finally, taking the spatial dimension of the detector as an example, the mathematical model of stray light correction is established. The measurement method, measurement procedure and correction effect of stray light distribution are introduced. The results show that the stray light distribution factor d and the stray light distribution factor matrix D can correctly characterize the stray light characteristics of the spectrometer.
