摘 要:为了提高永磁同步电机转速跟踪精度,设计了基于粒子群算法优化的PID控制系统。创建了永磁同步电机驱动控制系统流程图,定义了电机模型的内环和外环控制回路的传递函数。设计了分数阶PID控制方法,采用广义粒子群算法优化分数阶PID控制方法,设计出永磁同步电机改进PID控制方法。采用MATLAB对电机转速用改进PID控制方法输出误差进行仿真,与传统PID控制方法进行对比。仿真结果表明,与传统PID控制方法相比,采用改进PID控制方法,永磁同步电机转速跟踪误差较小,在面对外界突发波形干扰情形下,能够快速调整控制系统的响应速度。所设计的改进PID控制方法,能够提高永磁同步电机转速跟踪精度。To improve the speed tracking accuracy of permanent magnet synchronous motor,a PID control system based on particle swarm optimization was designed.The flow chart of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system was created,and the transfer functions of the inner and outer control loops of the motor model were defined.The Fractional Order PID control method was designed.The generalized particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the Fractional Order PID control method and the improved PID control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed.The mathematical software MATLAB was used to simulate the output error of the improved PID control method of motor speed,which was compared with the traditional PID control method.The simulation results showed that compared with the traditional PID control method,the improved PID control method had less speed tracking error,and quickly adjusted the response speed of the control system in the face of external sudden waveform interference.The improved PID control method can increase the speed tracking accuracy of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
