摘  要:环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是由前体信使RNA(precursor messenger RNA,pre-mRNA)经不同剪接机制形成的一种闭合环状结构的非编码RNA分子。CircRNA可通过竞争性吸附微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)、与RNA结合蛋白(RNA binding protein,RBP)互作、调节基因转录及编码多肽等机制参与体内多种生物学过程的调控。越来越多的研究表明circRNA参与了脂代谢过程,综述了circRNA在脂代谢异常中的研究现状,重点介绍其在脂肪和肝脏组织脂质代谢中的调控功能,包括炎症反应、脂质合成、分解及细胞的增殖分化,以期为临床预防诊疗脂代谢异常相关疾病提供参考。Circular RNA(circRNA)is a non-coding RNA with closed circular structure formed by precursor messenger RNA(pre-mRNA)through different splicing mechanisms.CircRNAs can participate in the regulation of various biological processes in vivo through competitive adsorption microRNA(miRNA),interaction with RNA binding protein(RBP),regulation of gene transcription and coding polypeptides.Accumulating studies have shown that circRNA are involved in lipid metabolism.Therefore,this paper reviews the research status of circRNA in abnormal lipid metabolism,focusing on its regulatory functions in lipid metabolism of adipose and liver tissues,including inflammatory response,lipogenesis and lipolysis and cell proliferation and differentiation,which may offer theoretical references for clinical prevention and diagnosis.
