摘  要:通过自组装方法制备了一种新型复合金属有机框架(Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au/MOF)纳米粒子。应用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术对Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au/MOF进行理化性质表征。基于Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au/MOF的过氧化物模拟酶活性,构建出具有选择性和高灵敏度的无酶增强型电化学生物传感器,用于检测饮用水中邻苯二酚。采用循环伏安法对邻苯二酚进行测定,并优化其电化学检测体系。实验结果表明,优化后的最适检测体系如下:反应温度为60℃,Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au/MOF添加量为0.15 g,扫描速率为0.1 V/s,缓冲溶液pH值为5.0。邻苯二酚浓度在0.001~0.1 mmol/L范围内,工作曲线方程为|I_(pa)|=2048.5 c+67.83,R 2=0.9912。检测限(S/N=3)为1.12×10^(-7)mol/L,回收率在98.8%~105.1%。In this paper,a novel composite metal-organic framework(Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au/MOF)nanoparticles were prepared by a self-assembly method.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)techniques were applied to characterize the physical and chemical properties of the composite nanoparticles.An enzyme free enhanced electrochemical biosensor with high selectivity and high sensitivity for the detection of catechol in drinking water was constructed based on the peroxide-mimetic enzymatic activity of the composite nanoparticles.Electrochemical cyclic voltammetry method for the determination of catechol was optimized.The optimal detection conditions were a reaction temperature of 60℃,the addition amount of the composite nanoparticles of 0.15 g,a scan rate of 0.1 V/s,and a pH of 5.0.The detection was performed by cyclic voltammetry under the optimal conditions,with a good linear relationship between the current response and the concentration of catechol in the range of 0.001-0.1 mmol/L,which was fitted with the equation of|I_(pa)|=2048.5 c+67.83,R 2=0.9912.The detection limit was 1.12×10^(-7)mol/L(S/N=3),and the recoveries ranged from 98.8%to 105.1%.The electrochemical biosensor was successfully applied to detect catechol in real water samples.
