摘 要:以对苯二异氰酸酯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和氨水为原料,通过一步溶剂热法合成了氮掺杂橙色荧光碳点(N-CDs)。所制备N-CDs的粒径约为8.77 nm,最佳激发和发射峰分别位于483 nm和587 nm,且该N-CDs对Cu^(2+)具有很好的选择性。因为Cu^(2+)与N-CDs之间的内滤效应,Cu^(2+)可以有效地猝灭N-CDs的荧光,基于此建立了一种测量Cu^(2+)的荧光传感新方法。实验表明,Cu^(2+)浓度的线性范围为20~250μmol/L,检出限(3σ/k)为68 nmol/L,实际样品加标回收率范围为96.4%~104.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.93%~8.08%。方法可实现对环境水样中Cu^(2+)的免标记检测。In this paper,nitrogen-doped orange fluorescent carbon dots(N-CDs)were synthesized by one-step solvothermal method using p-phenylene diisocyanate,N,N-dimethylformamide and ammonia as raw materials.The particle size of the prepared N-CDs is about 8.77 nm,and the maximum excitation and emission peaks are located at 483 nm and 587 nm,respectively.The prepared N-CDs have good selectivity to Cu^(2+).The fluorescence of N-CDs could be effectively quenched by Cu^(2+)based on the inner filter effect between Cu^(2+)and N-CDs.So a novel fluorescence spectromety method for Cu^(2+)has been established.This sensing method has a linear range of 20-250μmol/L and a detection limit of 68 nmol/L.The method was applied for label free detection of Cu^(2+)in environmental water samples,and the spiked recoveries of actual sample ranged from 96.4%to 104.6%with RSD less than 8.08%.
