摘  要:建立了一种简便、准确测定某些功能饮料中共存胭脂红和酒石黄的酸度控制吸收光谱法。在pH 3.80 Tris-HCl条件下,胭脂红和酒石黄与碱性艳绿反应生成离子缔合物。胭脂红和酒石黄的定量测定波长分别选在520 nm和426 nm,它们的表观摩尔吸收系数分别为1.26×10^(4)L/(mol·cm)、2.63×10^(4)L/(mol·cm),检测限、定量限及线性范围分别为0.032 mg/L、0.56 mg/kg、0.05~12.4 mg/L(胭脂红体系)和0.036 mg/L、0.62 mg/kg、0.05~11.8 mg/L(酒石黄体系)。加标回收率和相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)胭脂红体系分别为98.3%~103%和1.3%~2.7%,酒石黄体系97.7%~103%和1.6%~2.3%。该方法用于某些功能饮料中共存胭脂红和酒石黄的测定,结果较好。A simple and accurate acidity-controlled absorption spectrophotometry for the determination of carmine and tartrazine coexisting in some functional drinks was established.In the Tris-HCl buffer with pH 3.8,carmine and tartrazine reacted with alkaline brilliant green to form ionic association complexes.The wavelengths for the quantitative determination of carmine and tartrazine were selected at 520 nm and 426 nm,separately.Their apparent molar absorption coefficient,detection limit,quantification limit and linear range were:1.26×10^(4)L/(mol·cm),0.032 mg/L,0.56 mg/kg and 0.05-12.4 mg/L(carmine system)and 2.63×10^(4)L/(mol·cm),0.036 mg/L,0.62 mg/kg and 0.05-11.8 mg/L(tartrazine system),respectively.The recovery of standard addition and relative standard deviations(n=5)were 98.3%-103%and 1.3%-2.7%(carmine system),97.7%-103%and 1.6%-2.3%(tartrazine system),respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of carmine and tartrazine coexisting in some functional drinks with satisfactory results.
