摘  要:对于可燃气与氧气同时存在的反应体系,为保证反应安全,一般需要将反应物浓度降低,进而导致反应效率下降。针对以上问题基于微通道火焰淬熄特性,设计加工了可视化多通道气体燃烧淬熄微反应器,结合高速摄像技术,研究在通道外点火和通道内原位点火2种情况下微通道尺寸、可燃气体类型、气体压力等因素对火焰在微通道内传播淬熄行为的影响。结果表明,火焰传播距离受三者共同作用影响,对于确定组成的某种混合物,通道尺寸及体系压力越大,淬熄距离越长。当通道尺寸大于某临界值时,微通道失去对火焰的淬熄作用。For the reaction system of combustible gas and oxygen,it is generally necessary to control the concentration of combustible gas to ensure the safety of reaction,which will result in the reduction of reaction efficiency.A visual multi-channel gas combustion quenching microreactor was designed and manufactured to study the flame quenching characteristics of in microchannel by combining with high-speed camera technology.The effects of factors such as microchannel size,combustible gas type and gas pressure on flame propagation and quenching behavior in microchannel were systematically studied under the conditions of external ignition and in-situ ignition.The results showed that the flame propagation distance was affected by all three factors.For a certain mixture,the larger the channel size and gas pressure,the longer the quenching distance.When the channel size was larger than a critical value,the microchannel had no flame quenching effect.
