摘  要:为了制备新型功能化聚合物微球,以自制的脱氢枞酸/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)酯化物为单体,明胶为分散剂,甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法制备了羟基化聚脱氢枞酸/GMA酯微球。对反应中的温度、明胶质量分数及搅拌速度等条件进行了优化。利用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对微球的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,反应温度为85℃、明胶质量分数为6%、搅拌速度为500 r·min^(-1),此条件下制备的羟基化聚脱氢枞酸/GMA酯微球球形良好,粒径分布均匀,属于无定型的非晶态结构。Hydroxylated poly(dehydroabietic glycidyl methacrylate)microspheres were prepared by suspension polymerization using the ester from dehydroabietic acid and glycial mathacrylate(GMA)reaction as the monomer,gelatin as the dispersing agent,ethylene dimethacrylate as the crosslinking agent,and azodiisobutyronitrile as the initiator.The reaction conditions including temperature,gelatin dosage,and stirring speed were optimized.The structures and properties of the microspheres were characterized by FT-IR,TGA,XRD,and SEM.The results show that the optimum conditions for the reaction were:reaction temperature of 85℃,gelatin of 6%(based on monomer weight)and stirring speed of 500 r·min^(-1).The hydroxylated poly(dehydroabietic glycidyl methacrylate)microspheres prepared show spherical shape and uniform particle size distribution with amorphous polymer structure.
