摘  要:脊椎动物角膜上皮细胞在视觉成像中起着重要作用,针对鱼类角膜开展研究,能进一步揭示鱼类对不同水深环境,以及由水及陆进化过程中的视觉适应模式.笔者通过扫描电镜观察斑叉牙虾虎鱼(Apocryptodon punctatus)角膜上皮细胞,并统计密度、记录细胞类型及微结构,探究鱼类在进化过程中角膜的适应性进化模式.研究发现,斑叉牙虾虎鱼角膜上皮细胞是微嵴型细胞,角膜上皮细胞密度与微嵴间距之间无显著相关关系(p>0.05).角膜细胞密度整体平均值为(18106±1719)mm-2,角膜细胞的微嵴宽度平均值为(240±9)nm,角膜细胞的微嵴间距宽度平均值为(251±34)nm.结果表明:其角膜的演化出现了特异性的模式.该物种由于对水环境的依赖程度在背眼虾虎鱼亚科中较大,角膜上皮细胞仍保留了适应水生环境的特征.细胞密度和微嵴间距之间可能具有相互制约的关系.Vertebrate corneal epithelial cells play an important role in visual imaging.Studies on fish corneas can further reveal the visual adaptation patterns of fishes in various environment of different water depths and the evolutionary process from water to land.In this study,the corneal epithelial cells of Apocryptodon punctatus were observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the density,cell types and microstructure were recorded to explore the adaptive evolutionary pattern of the cornea in the evolution of fish.It was found that the corneal epithelial cells of A.punctatus were microridge-type,and there was no significant correlation between the density of corneal epithelial cells and the distance between microridges(p>0.05).The mean density of corneal cells was(18106±1719)mm-2;The mean width of corneal cell microridges was(240±9)nm,and the mean separation distance between the microridges of corneal cells was(251±34)nm.The results showed that the corneal evolution had a specific pattern.Due to its relatively larger dependence on aquatic environment of this species in the subfamily Oxudercinae,their corneal epithelial cells still retain the characteristics that are adaptive for aquatic environment.There may be a mutually restrictive relationship between cell density and separation distance.
