水性环氧酯的应用研究概述

摘　　要：用不饱和脂肪酸和环氧树脂发生开环酯化反应制得环氧酯,再将环氧酯进行水性化得到水性环氧酯。水性环氧酯常应用于水性工业涂料,其优异的基材附着力和防腐性能,特别适用于金属防腐和汽车零部件等领域。相较于其它水性树脂,水性环氧酯具有原材料可再生、工艺简单、改性方式多样化、成膜性能好的优势,在轻防腐领域具有广阔的应用前景。Prepared by the esterification reaction of unsaturated fatty acid and epoxy resin,epoxy ester was modified to waterborne epoxy ester.It shows good adhesion and anticorrosion performance,and can be applied to waterborne industrial coatings,especially in the field of metal anticorrosion,automobile parts and so on.Compared to other waterborne resins,waterborne epoxy ester has the advantage of renewable resource,simple process,varied modification and good filming,and it has a wide market prospect in the field of light anticorrosion.
