摘 要:为了揭示次磷酸的萃取规律,解决如何从多组分体系中有效分离出次磷酸的难题,选择了正丁醇作为次磷酸萃取剂,利用正交实验法研究不同萃取条件和反萃条件对次磷酸萃取率和反萃率的影响。正交结果表明,当萃取温度为20℃,萃取时间为10 min,相比为3∶1,酸浓度为25%,反萃时间为25 min,反萃水量为1∶1,反萃温度为30℃,振荡强度为140 rpm等条件下萃取效果最佳。In order to uncover the extraction rule and solve the problem of how to effectively separate hypophosphorous acid from multicomponent system,N-butanol was selected as an extractant of hypophosphorous acid.Moreover,the effects of different(reverse)extraction conditions on the hypophosphorous acid(reverse)extraction rate were studied by orthogonal experiment.The experiment results showed that the optimal extraction effect was obtained when the extraction temperature was 20℃,the extraction time was 10 min,the phase ratio was 3∶1,the acid concentration was 25%,the reverse extraction time was 25 min,and the water amount of reverse extraction was 1∶1,the reverse extraction temperature was 30℃,and the oscillation intensity was 140 rpm.
