摘 要:开展了布氏压力计法评估炸药贮存寿命实验温度的选择研究。比较不同温度区间所获实验数据外推同一种炸药贮存寿命结果,发现低起始温度点预估寿命长于高起始温度点预估寿命,究其原因,与加速因子有关。增加实验温度点,则具有拉平效应。在保证分解机理相同的情况下,可以选择高起始温度点进行寿命评估实验,且选取4个温度点即可。A study on the selection of experimental temperatures for assessing the storage life of explosives by the Bourdon Manometer Method was carried out.Comparing the results of extrapolating the same explosive storage life from experimental data obtained at different temperature intervals,it was found that the predicted life at the low starting temperature point was longer than the predicted life at the high starting temperature point,and that the reason for this was related to the acceleration factor.Increasing the experimental temperature points had a levelling effect.When the same decomposition mechanism was present,the high starting temperature point can be chosen for the life assessment experiment and the reliability of the results can be guaranteed by choosing four temperature points.
