摘　　要：根据某热电厂给予的生产工艺流程、原辅料等数据资料,对该热电厂脱硫废水污泥开展危险特性鉴别。通过对生产工艺和原辅材料分析,结合初筛样品检测结果,排除该热电厂脱硫废水污泥不可能具有的危险特性,制定采样方案、检测方案和检测结果判断方案,得到正式样品检测结果并进行综合分析,给出脱硫废水污泥固体废物属性判断。本文为热电厂及生态环境主管部门进行相应固体废物环境管理提供技术依据。According to the analysis of the production process,raw and auxiliary materials and other data provided by a thermal power plant,and based on the national technical specifications and standards for hazard identification,the hazardous characteristics of the desulfurization wastewater sludge of a thermal power plant were identified,eliminating the nonexistent dangerous characteristics of desulfurization wastewater sludge in the thermal power plant by comprehensively analyzing the production process,the original materials and the tested results of preliminary screening samples.And then scheme of sampling,testing and testing result judgment were formulated to obtain the testing results of samples,after comprehensive analysis,the judgment of solid waste properties of desulfurization wastewater sludge was given.The technical basis was provided for thermal power plants and competent departments of ecological environment to carry out corresponding solid waste environmental management.
