摘  要:依托《计算机在冶金中应用》课程,基于物料守恒、能量守恒、电化学守恒原理及传热学理论,通过计算机虚拟仿真技术手段及程序设计语言构建稀土铁合金冶炼虚拟仿真实验平台,并应用于虚拟实训教学,将理论与实践相结合,摒弃了稀土铁合金高温冶炼实验高风险、高成本的弊端,有效弥补了实践教学环节的不足,使学生快速掌握相关知识,提高了学生的实践操作技能,进一步满足了新工科背景下冶金领域新型复合人才培养的需求。Relying on Application of Computers in Metallurgy course,a virtual simulation experiment platform for rare earth ferroalloy smelting was constructed through computer virtual simulation technology and programming language,based on material conservation,energy conservation,electrochemical conservation principles and heat transfer theory.Then,this platform was applied to virtual practical teaching.The theory was combined with practice,the disadvantages of high-risk,high-cost smelting experiments of rare earth ferroalloy for high-temperature were abandoned,which effectively maked up for the shortcomings of practical teaching.It enabled students to quickly master relevant knowledge,improved students’practical skills,and further satisfied the need for new composites in the field of metallurgical field under the background of new engineering and technical disciplines.
