基于象思维探讨五禽戏五脏配属的理论机制

摘　　要：以象思维为出发点,通过中医藏象理论、阴阳理论、五行理论、经络理论等,阐释中医导引术五禽戏中虎戏、鹿戏、熊戏、猿戏、鸟戏分别配属肝、肾、脾、心、肺五脏的理论机制:虎戏属木,主肝,理气疏肝、舒筋养肝;鹿戏属水,主肾,壮腰健骨、温补肾阳;熊戏属土,主脾,充实四肢、调理脾胃;猿戏属火,主心,愉心调神、畅情益智;鸟戏属金,主肺,宣降肺气、调畅气机。旨在为导引术五禽戏的临床研究提供理论参考。Taking the image thinking as the starting point,the theoretical mechanism of five-animal exercises,such as tiger exercise,deer exercise,bear exercise,ape exercise,and bird exercise,corresponding to the five zang-organs,liver,kidney,spleen,heart and lung respectively is explained through the theory of visceral manifestation,the theory of yin and yang,the theory of the five elements and the theory of meridians,etc.Tiger exercise is attributed to the category of wood,in charge of liver,and has the functions of soothing liver and regulating qi,relaxing sinew and nourishing liver. Deer exercise is attributed to the category of water,in charge of kidney,and has the functions of strengthening waist and bone,warming and tonifying kidney yang. Bear exercise is attributed to the category of earth,in charge of spleen,and has the functions of replenishing four extremities,regulating spleen and stomach. Ape exercise is attributed to the category of fire,in charge of heart,and has the functions of promoting mental delight,reinforcing intelligence. Bird exercise is attributed to the category of metal,in charge of lung,and has the functions of dispersing and descending lung qi,regulating qi movement. This paper aims to provide theoretical reference for future clinical research of five-animal exercises and conduction exercise.
