基于相火理论辨治围绝经期综合征

摘　　要：相火具有生理病理双重性。生理相火具有推动机体之生化、温煦机体脏腑百骸、调节月经与性功能及实现形神间互化的作用,其恒动有常,围绝经期女性则可安然度过此阶段。病理相火分为三种,一为妄动之火,相火离位走窜,游移三焦,侵袭脏腑,损耗阴精,变生诸证,治之当壮水泻火、清心静心;二为虚火上浮,寒生于下,虚火浮游于上,成上热下寒之证,治之当引火归原;三为相火不足,机体一派寒象,治之当益火之源。Ministerial fire has dual characteristics,physiologically and pathologically. Physiological ministerial fire can promote the body’s generation and transformation,warm the human body,zangfu-organs and skeleton,adjust menstruation and sexual function,and realize the harmonization between body and spirit. If the perpetual motion of ministerial fire is not variable,the perimenopausal women will experience this period safely.Pathological ministerial fire is divided into three types. The first is the frenetic stirring of ministerial fire:the ministerial fire moves away from one place to another,wanders in the triple energizer,invades zangfuorgans,consumes yin essence,and develops into various syndromes. Strengthening governor of water to purge fire and clearing heart fire and calming mind and spirit should be used in the treatment. The second is the flaring-up of deficient fire:cold originates from the lower and the deficient fire flares upward,causing upper heat and lower cold syndrome. Conducting fire to its origin should be used in the treatment.The third is the insufficiency of ministerial fire:the body has the obvious cold syndrome,which should be cured by replenishing the source of fire.
