《通俗伤寒论》治疗温病用药规律探析

摘　　要：目的:分析俞根初《通俗伤寒论》中治疗温病的方药,探讨其治疗温病的用药规律及特色。方法:以俞根初原著、徐荣斋重订的《通俗伤寒论》为来源,选取符合纳入标准的方药录入Excel建立数据库,采用SPSS 21.0进行频数统计、聚类分析,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则分析。结果:共纳入方剂211首,药物300味,使用频次≥16次的药物有39味;核心药物归经以肺经、胃经、心经为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,药性以寒、温为主;聚类分析共得到9个药物组合,由竹叶石膏汤、平胃散、犀地清络饮、陷胸承气汤、六一散等经典方剂化裁而来;对高频药物进行关联规则分析得到10组核心药对。结论:《通俗伤寒论》治疗温病以开郁为先,在用药上注重宣畅气机、清热除湿,以三焦为中心,灵活辨证加减。Objective:To discuss the medication regularity and characteristics in treating warm disease through analyzing the formulas and Chinese medicinals for treating warm disease in YU Genchu’s Popular Guide to Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease renewed by XU Rongzhai.Methods:The original version by YU Genchu and the revised form by XU Rongzhai as the source,the formulas and Chinese medicinals meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected and input into Excel to establish a database.SPSS 21.0 was used for frequency statistics and cluster analysis,and SPSS modeler 18.0 was used for associ-ation rule analysis.Results:Total of 211 formulas and 300 Chinese medicinals were included.Total 39 Chinese medicinals were used more than or equal to 16 times.The core Chinese medicinals were mainly lung channel,stomach channel and heart channel in channel tropism,mainly sweet,bitter and pungent in flavor,mainly cold and warm in property.Total 9 medicinal combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,modified by Zhuye Shigao Decoction(竹叶石膏汤),Pingwei Powder(平胃散),Xidi Qingluo Fluid(犀地清络饮),Xianxiong Chengqi Decoction(陷胸承气汤),Liuyi Powder(六一散)and other classical formulas.High frequency Chinese medicinals were analyzed by association rule analysis to gain 10 core medicinal pairs.Conclusions:YU Genchu resolved depression first for the treatment of warm disease in Popular Guide to Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease,emphasized promoting qi circulation,clearing heat and removing dampness,took triple energizer as the center,and made flexible syndrome differentiation.
