摘　　要：目的探讨基于基本病机的调气降逆汤加减治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法选择80例功能性消化不良患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。2组均予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上予调气降逆汤加减治疗。2组均治疗1个月。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、功能性消化不良生存质量量表(FDDQL)评分及心理状态、临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,2组各中医证候积分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于治疗前,且与对照组比较,观察组更低;FDDQL评分均高于治疗前,且与对照组比较,观察组更高。观察组临床总有效率(92.50%,37/40)高于对照组(77.50%,31/40)(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于基本病机的调气降逆汤加减治疗可提高功能性消化不良患者的胃肠功能,促进患者临床症状缓解,改善患者心理状态及生活质量,治疗效果明显,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Tiaoqi Jiangni Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)based on its basic pathogenesis.Methods A total of 80 patients with FD admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Tiaoqi Jiangni Decoction.Both groups were treated for one month.The scores of TCM syndromes,scores of Functional Dyspepsia Quality of Life scale(FDDQL),psychological state,clinical efficacy before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The scores of FDDQL were higher than before treatment in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(92.50%,37/40)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%,31/40)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Based on the basic pathogenesis,modified Tiaoqi Jiangni Decoction can improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with functional dyspepsia,promote the relief of their clinical symptoms,improve their psychological status and quality of life,with an obvious therapeutic effect and a good safety.
