摘 要:新时代国家对人才需求发生了巨大变化,传统农业资源与环境专业无论在课程体系还是人才培养模式上都与新农科建设人才供给侧的结构性变革不相适应。基于此,文章分析了农业资源与环境专业的历史发展过程及其进行改造升级的必要性,依托“世界一流学科”建设学科及理学、工学和农学多学科优势,将多学科交叉理念融入人才培养方案、培养模式及培养途径,改革以及师资培育和实践平台建设等各个方面,构筑了面向新农科建设的多学科交叉新型人才培养“立交桥”,从而实现对传统农业资源与环境专业的改造升级。In the new ear,great changes have taken place in the demand for talents in the development of the country and industry.The traditional major of agricultural resources and environment is not suitable for the structural change of the supply side demand of talents for emerging agricultural educating both in the curriculum system and talent training mode.Based on the analysis of the historical development stage of agricultural resources and environment major,this paper points out the necessity of major upgrading based on the construction of emerging agricultural education.Taking the advantage of the first-class discipline and multi-disciplinary superiority of the university,the interdisciplinary concept is integrated into many aspects,such as talent training program,training mode and training approach reform,teacher training and practice platform construction.Based on this,a new talent training“overpass”is built for the construction of emerging agricultural education,so as to realize the upgrading of traditional agricultural resources and environment major.
