摘　　要：危险化学品的发运系统是石化企业提高效率和实现销售利润最重要的一环,涉及到环保、安全生产和降低劳动强度等内容。本文以某装卸站为例,结合了物流操作和工艺安全对装车控制的要求,以及近年来物流数字化和智慧物流新理念,确定了该装卸站的装车控制及管理系统方案。该方案以批量控制器和DCS为核心,由现场检测仪表、装车管理系统构成,确保了安全生产和环保要求,实现了自动装车和智慧物流功能。最后,展望了该系统的远景及发展方向。e delivery system of hazardous chemicals is the most important part of petrochemical enterprises to improve efficiency and achieve sales profits,involving environmental protection,safety operation and reducing labor intensity.Taking a loading station as an example,considering the requirements of logistics operation and process safety for loading control,as well as the new concept of logistics digitalization and intelligent logistics in recent years,and determines the loading control and management system scheme of the loading station,which takes batch controller and DCS as the core,and field instruments and loading management system to ensure safe production and environmental protection requirements,and realize automatic loading and intelligent logistics functions.Finally,some future directions of the system are pointed out.
