摘  要:本文在一台150t/h循环流化床锅炉上开展了尾部烟道漏风性能试验,利用Testo-350烟气分析仪对低温省煤器进出口和上、中、下三级空预器出口左右两侧的烟气成分进行了取样分析。根据烟气组分测量结果分别计算得到了低温省煤器和三级空预器的漏风率,据此对尾部烟道内的具体漏风位置进行了预判并提出了漏风检修指导意见。此外,通过对比漏风检修前后锅炉风烟系统的运行参数,分析了尾部烟道漏风对CFB锅炉运行的影响。In this paper,the air leakage performance test of the tail flue was carried out on a 150t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler,and the flue gas components at the inlet and outlet of the low-temperature economizer and at the left and right sides of the outlet of the upper,middle and lower three stage air preheaters were sampled and analyzed using the Testo-350 flue gas analyzer.According to the measurement results of flue gas components,the air leakage rates of the low-temperature economizer and the three-stage air preheater are calculated respectively.Based on this,the specific air leakage position in the tail flue is predicted and the air leakage maintenance guidance is proposed.In addition,by comparing the operating parameters of the boiler air and flue gas system before and after the air leakage maintenance,the impact of the tail flue air leakage on the CFB boiler operation is analyzed.
