摘　　要：通过构建经济—旅游业—生态环境系统的评价指标体系,以张家口为研究对象,应用熵值法对评价指标进行权重计算,运用耦合协调度模型分析张家口经济—旅游—生态环境三者之间的关系。结果表明,在2010-2019年期间,张家口生态环境系统比经济系统和旅游业系统的综合评价值高,说明张家口发展是生态环境优先型;张家口经济系统、旅游业系统和生态系统三者之间的耦合度和耦合协调度逐年提升,表明三者之间的协调性越来越好;耦合度拐点凸显奥运等重大事件对地方社会经济发展的重要推动和改变作用。Through constructing the evaluation index system of economic-tourism-ecological environment system, taking Zhangjiakou as the research object, with the entropy method to calculate the weight of the evaluation index, this paper makes an analysis of the relationship among economy, tourism and ecological environment in Zhangjiakou by using coupled coordination degree model. The results show that the eco-environmental system in Zhangjiakou is more valuable than the economic system and the tourism system in the period of 2010-2019, which shows that ecological environment is the priority of the development of Zhangjiakou. The degree of coupling and coordination among economic system, tourism system and ecosystem in Zhangjiakou has been improved year by year, which shows that the coordination among them is getting better and better. The inflection point of coupling degree highlights the important role of the Olympic Games and other major events in promoting and changing local social and economic development.
