摘　　要：临床药师结合既往用药经验及对药物妊娠安全性分级,为1例孕27+1周左臀坏死性软组织感染合并脓毒症患者制定抗感染方案,密切监测各项感染指标,根据病原学结果,对抗感染方案进行了优化,对孕妇进行用药教育并监测药物不良反应,最终控制了感染,并顺利产下一健康男婴。临床药师的合理用药发挥了积极作用。Clinical pharmacists designed an anti-infective treatment plan for a patient with left gluteal necrotizing fasciitis complicated with sepsis at 27+1weeks of gestation based on previous medication experience and the classification of drug safety during pregnancy.During the treatment,they closely monitored various infection indicators,optimized the anti-infection treatment plan according to etiological results,conducted medication education for the patient,and monitored adverse drug reactions.The patient’s infection was controlled successfully,and a healthy baby boy was delivered at the estimated due date.This case emphasized the positive role of clinical pharmacists in the clinical rational drug use.
