摘 要:油田伴生气回收是节能减排、提质增效的主要举措,目前长庆油田主要采用定压阀回收井口套管气,但存在油井套压低于回压时无法回收的问题,随着单井产量的降低,这类井将会越来越多。对此攻关研究了套管气井口增压回收泵,主要由压缩泵、进排气流程等组成,集成于采油井口中,借用抽油机上下往复运动形成的势能完成套管气的压缩与回收,为套管气提供增压回收动力;并对核心部件受力情况进行分析校核,现场应用20套,套管气回收率100%,合计日回收套管气2 200 m^(3),达到节能减排与提质增效的目的。The associated gas recovery is the main measure to save energy,reduce emissions, improve quality and increase efficiency.At present,Changqing oilfield mainly adopts constant pressure valve to recover wellhead casing gas,but there is the problem that the casing pressure can not be recovered when the casing pressure is lower than the back pressure.With the decline of single well production, there will be more and more similar wells. To solve this problem, the pressurized recovery pump for casing gas wellhead is studied and it is made up of compression pump, inlet and exhaust flow,which integrates into the wellhead and uses the potential energy formed by the up and down movement of the pumping unit to complete the compression and recovery of casing gas and provide the pressurized recovery power for the casing gas.Even more to the point,the force of the core components is analyzed and checked,resulting in 20 sets of field applications and the casing gas recovery rate is100 % with daily recovery of casing gas 2 200 m^(3) so as to achieve energy-saving emission reduction and improve quality and efficiency.
