摘  要:建材公司混凝土构件厂年产电杆约1.8万根。电杆养护窑是生产电杆的主要生产设施,通过蒸汽养护,可以提升电杆的质量。但是电杆养护窑在使用过程中存在温度控制难度大、人工劳动强度大、铸铁球阀易损坏的实际困难。公司积极研究智能化信息技术,通过加装温度、湿度传感器、电子阀等设备和PLC控制系统,改变了电杆生产过程沿用多年的“人工测温、手工调阀”的状态,真正做到“需用汽时,才给汽”。实现温度、湿度实时监控,蒸汽阀门远程开启、节约了蒸汽用量,天然气用量,降低职工劳动强度和安全风险,进一步提高了电杆产品的质量和生产效率。The concrete component factory of building material company is a professional manufacturer of concrete components related products in Daqing oilfield with an annual output of about 18 000pieces. The power pole curing kiln is the main production facility for producing power poles. Through steam curing,the quality of power poles can be improved. However, there are practical difficulties in the use of power pole curing kiln such as difficult temperature control,high labor intensity,and easy damage to cast iron ball valves. The company is actively researching intelligent information technology.By installing temperature,humidity sensors, electronic valves and other equipment and PLC control systems,the company has changed the state of "manual temperature measurement and manual valve adjustment" that has been used for many years in the production process of electric poles. When steam is needed, give steam. The real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity is realized. The steam valve opens remotely,saving steam consumption and natural gas consumption,reducing labor intensity and safety risks of employees and further improving the quality and the production efficiency of power pole products.
