摘　　要：某900×10^(4)m^(3)/d高含硫天然气净化厂尾气处理单元半贫砜胺液泵采用首级双吸中开式多级离心泵,在商品天然气总硫需满足GB 17820—2018的背景下,泵入口端介质来源位置将发生改变,导致泵的进口压力增加。为保证设备的正常、安全运行,需要降低泵的出口压力来适应新工艺要求。文中通过采用车削泵的叶轮外径的方法来降低泵的扬程,同时对原有双端面机械密封和配套冲洗系统进行适应性改造,改造后泵运行平稳,流量、扬程和振动等参数符合设计,获得了良好的安全和经济效益。The semi-lean sulfinol liquid pump of the tail gas treatment unit of a 900×10^(4)m^(3)/d highsulfur natural gas purification plant is adopted the first-stage double-suction center-open multistage centrifugal pump. When the total sulfur of commercial natural gas needs to meet GB 17820—2018,the source position of the medium at the pump inlet will be changed,resulting in an increase in the pump inlet pressure. In order to ensure the normal and safe operation of the equipment,it is necessary to reduce the outlet pressure of the pump to meet the requirements of the new process. In this paper,the method of turning the outer diameter of the impeller of the pump is used to reduce the pump head. At the same time,the original double-end mechanical seal and the supporting flushing system are adaptatively modified. After the modification,the pump runs smoothly and the parameters conform to the design such as flow,head and vibration,which can be obtained good safety and economic benefits.
