摘 要:为了有效解决部分大排量压裂井增液多增油少、措施效果逐年变差的问题,开展了压裂改造增效技术试验。针对原油物性及发育特点优化工艺参数,形成了大排量压裂优化改造模板;结合解堵清垢剂反应速度和压裂工艺要求,制定了科学的施工工序要求;试验应用压裂转向堵水剂,提高了裂缝的有效波及体积。通过现场试验摸索,形成了一套适用于现场实际的压裂方法;在充分发挥大排量压裂增效优势的基础上,解决了重复压裂效果差及三元复合驱单一采用压裂、解堵措施有效期短的问题,实现了增产增注,为挖潜剩余油提供了新的方法,具有一定的应用前景。In order to effectively solve the problem of increasing fluid more and increasing oil less in some large-displacement fracturing wells and getting worse on the effect of the measures year by year,the fracturing stimulation technology experiment is carried out. According to the physical properties and development characteristics of crude oil,the technological parameters are optimized,and the largedisplacement fracturing optimization template is formed. The effective swept volume of fracture is increased by using hydraulic fracturing steering water shutoff agent. Through field tests,a set of fracturing methods that are suitable for field practice have been developed,and on the basis of giving full play to the advantages of large-displacement fracturing and increasing efficiency,the problems of poor effect of repeated fracturing,short effective period of single measure of ternary fracturing and plug removal are solved,which realizes the increase of production and injection,provides a new method for tapping the potential of remaining oil and has a certain application prospect.
