海南省三亚市72例新型冠状病毒肺炎中医证候特点及治疗策略

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株BA.5.1.3在2022年8月1日三亚市发现,该毒株传播能力更强,短期内在三亚引起疫情大流行。三亚市中心医院是此次新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)定点救治医院,通过对72例新冠肺炎确诊患者进行中医症状及舌脉采集,统计轻型、普通型、重型患者中医症状及舌脉特征,分析不同阶段病机变化规律,结果可见三亚市新冠肺炎与中医“疫病”之“湿温病”吻合,其病机为“疫毒挟湿致病”,在疫情救治中运用方邦江教授首创“表里双解”之截断扭转法临床疗效显著。COVID-19 BA.5.1.3 was first found in Sanya on August 1,2022.It has stronger transmission capacity and will cause a pandemic in Sanya in the short term.Sanya Central Hospital is the designated treatment hospital for COVID-19.Through collecting the TCM symptoms and tongue veins of 72 patients with COVID-19 confirmed,the TCM symptoms and tongue vein characteristics of light,ordinary and heavy patients were counted,and the pathogenesis change law at different stages was analyzed.The results show that the characteristics and pathogenic characteristics of COVID-19 and the“damp and warm disease”of“epidemic disease”in TCM are very consistent,The main pathogenesis of the disease is“disease caused by epidemic virus carrying dampness”.In the treatment of epidemic situation,We used the truncation and torsion method of“exterior interior double solution”initiated by my teacher,Professor FANG Bangjiang,with remarkable clinical effect.
