摘  要:文章采集了分布于全国的40辆用户车辆在3年时间里的天窗系统总线信号,通过Weibull分析,计算出天窗系统一倍寿命周期中起翘、全开及全闭的持续时间比例。搭建整车台架耐久试验,并按照时间比例,利用Spy3模拟天窗电控模块工作,进行天窗系统的状态切换,以考核天窗系统在整车级的耐久性能。计算了3种状态下天窗支架的应变伪损伤,并对各状态对天窗失效的主要贡献量进行分析,实际试验开裂位置与路试开裂位置一致,验证了该试验方法的有效性。The bus signals of the sunroof system of 40 user vehicles distributed across the country for 3 years are collected,and through Weibull analysis,the duration ratio of venting,fully opened and fully closed in the double life cycle of the sunroof system is calculated. A vehicle bench durability test is built,and according to the time ratio,Spy3 is used to simulate the operation of the sunroof electronic control module to switch the state of the sunroof system to assess the durability of the sunroof system at the vehicle level. The pseudo-damage of skylight bracket strain in three states is calculated,and the main contribution of each state to skylight failure is analyzed. The test cracking position is consistent with the road test cracking position,which verifies the validity of the test method.
