摘 要:文章针对某混动发动机静置一段时间后启动过程中VVT的敲击噪声,通过试验测试研究,梳理了VVT敲击噪声产生的机理。同时明确了由于混动发动机启动速度更快,VVT腔室无法快速充油,更易产生长时间持续的敲击噪声。在此基础上,研究了VVT油路容积、油道单向阀和锁销间隙的影响,并通过试验测试逐一验证其效果。最终通过收紧锁销间隙,快速解决了首次启动过程中VVT敲击噪声的问题。Aiming at the knocking noise of VVT during the start-up of a hybrid engine after the engine stalled for a period of time,the mechanism of VVT knocking noise is combed through experimental research. At the same time,it is clear that due to the faster starting speed of the hybrid engine,the VVT chamber can not be filled with oil quickly,which is more likely to produce long time knocking noise. On this basis,the effects of VVT oil circuit volume,oil one-way valve and lock pin clearance are studied,and their effects are verified one by one through experimental tests. Finally,by tightening the lock pin clearance,the problem of VVT knocking noise during startup is quickly solved.
