摘  要:文章基于高压油泵工作原理,开展了高压油泵驱动方式及工作循环的分析,重点研究了高压油泵的相位计算方式。提出了一种通过判断轨压突变时刻以获取相位数值的方法,轨压突变通过在油泵柱塞处于下止点时刻切换高压油泵工作状态来实现。该方法不仅可在不拆卸零部件的情况下实现相位校准,还为车辆相位的定制化生产提供了依据。Based on the working principle of the HDP(High Pressure Pump),the driving mode and working cycle of the HDP are analyzed,and the phase calculation method of the HDP is mainly studied. A method is proposed to obtain the phase information by switching the working state of the high-pressure oil pump when the oil pump plunger is at the bottom dead center(BDC),so that the rail pressure is abruptly changed to obtain the phase information. This method not only makes it feasible to achieve phase calibration without disassembling parts,but also provides a basis for the customized production of vehicle phases.
