摘  要:聚碳酸酯(PC)是几乎无色的玻璃态的无定形聚合物,有很好的光学性,被广泛应用在汽车照明系统、灯罩等产品上,但PC内应力残留是导致PC制件开裂失效的重要因素。文章从某电动汽车透光LOGO标牌开裂失效出发,运用材料分析及溶剂测试方法,得出开裂的根本原因是标牌存在内应力,并从结构尺寸设计、注塑工艺、退火工艺和焊接工艺等环节消除内应力,为未来更多车型的设计应用提供参考。PC is an almost colorless amorphous polymer in the glassy state. It has good optical properties and is widely used in automotive lighting systems,lampshades and other products.However,residual stress in PC is an important factor in cracking and failure of PC products. Starting from the crack failure of the light transmission LOGO sign of an electric vehicle,using material analysis and solvent testing methods,it is concluded that the root cause of the crack is the existence of internal stress on the sign,and the internal stress is eliminated from structural dimension design,injection molding process,annealing process,welding process and other links,providing a reference for the design and application of more future models.
