摘  要:城镇燃气输配管网工程建设中,将新敷设管道与运行中管道割接时需要对运行管道进行停气降压。输配管网停气降压能否顺利完成,将直接影响停气范围内的燃气用户能否准时恢复用气。该操作中主要涉及的人员包括燃气管道附属设施操作人员(阀门工、调压工、现场指挥人员等)和管道施工人员(一般施工人员与特种操作施工人员)。人员因素对燃气输配管网停气降压的影响各不相同。Under the construction of urban gas engineering,it is necessary to shut down and depressurize the running pipeline when the newly laid pipeline is cutting over with the running pipeline.Whether the operation of shutdown and depressurization of gas transmission pipelines can be successfully completed or not will directly affect whether the gas users within the range of stopping the supply of gas can resume the use of natural gas on time.The main personnel involved in this operation are operators of gas pipeline auxiliary facilities(valve workers,pressure regulating workers,etc.)and pipeline construction workers(general construction workers and construction specialists).The roles played by the various types of personnel in the operation of shutdown and depressurization of gas transmission pipelines are obviously different.
