摘　　要：[研究目的]组织重组自美国国防情报局诞生之日起便始终伴随其整个发展历程。因此,研究美国国防情报局重组既有助于厘清该组织的发展脉络,又有助于丰富情报体制研究的内涵。[研究方法]借鉴组织结构理论,采用文本细读法和历史分析法从指挥机构、管理机构、支援机构和行动机构四个维度全面且系统地分析了美国国防情报局重组举措。[研究结论]纵观美国国防情报局重组的演变历程,组织结构在根据内外部环境的变化而不断进行调整的同时也呈现出复杂性持续提升和集权度相对弱化的双重特点。[Research purpose] The reorganization of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency(DIA) has been a part of its development since its inception. Therefore, studying the reorganization of the DIA can help clarify the development of the organization and enrich the study of the intelligence system. [Research method] This article utilizes the organizational structure theory, and uses the methods of close reading and historical analysis to comprehensively and systematically analyze the reorganization measures of the DIA from four dimensions: command element, management element, support element, and operational element, as well as the characteristics they exhibit. [Research conclusion] Reviewing the evolution of the DIA’s reorganization, the organizational structure is constantly adjusted according to the changes in the internal and external environment. It also reflects both a continued increase in complexity and a relative weakness in centralization.
