摘　　要：[研究目的]全面研究美国智库对东北亚海洋安全治理问题的认知,有助于中国把握美方当前战略评判与未来决策走向并制定应对策略。[研究方法]通过选取并分析美国智库多份代表性文献,系统阐释了美国智库对东北亚海洋安全治理的内容、基础、挑战的认知及其有关认知的特点、影响和差异。[研究结论]美国智库对东北亚海洋安全治理问题的认知具有一定客观性,但存在较多负面成分,尤其是对中国参与有关治理的态度十分消极。对此,中国应在思想层面辨证对待美国智库的有关认知,在战略层面与美国构建新型海洋安全伙伴关系,在话语层面打造引领治理实践的中国叙事,在实践层面积极参与有关海洋安全治理活动。[Research purpose]Analyzing the cognition of American think tanks on the Northeast Asia’s maritime security governance, is significant for China to grasp American current strategic judgment and the future decision-making direction and formulate countermeasures. [Research method] By selecting and analyzing multiple representative documents of American think tanks, this paper systematically explained the content, motivation, and challenge of American think tanks’ cognition on the Northeast Asia’s maritime security governance, and the cognition’s characteristics, influences and differences. [Research conclusion] American think tanks have relatively objective and negative cognition on the Northeast Asia’s maritime security governance, but have a very negative attitude towards China’s participation. China should dialectically treat American think tanks’ cognition at the ideological level, build a new maritime security partnership with America at the strategic level, create a Chinese narrative that guides governance practices at the discourse level, and actively participate in relevant maritime safety governance activities at the practical level.
