《军用软件开发文档通用要求》修订对军用软件研制的影响分析

摘　　要：国家军用标准《军用软件开发文档通用要求》最新版于2021年12月30日发布,并于2022年3月1日起实施,其中一项比较明显的变更就是删除了前一版中的“软件研制任务书”文档。通过对《军用软件开发文档通用要求》各个版本修订过程的分析,以及对军用软件行业发展现状的研究,得出了“删除软件研制任务书”这一修订对于军用软件研制的影响,并从“需求追踪的实施”及“不同项目对软件研制任务书的去留”两个方面,给出了军用软件研制针对该标准修订的实施建议。The latest version of the general requirements for military software development documents was issued on December 30, 2021 and was implemented on March 1, 2022. One of the obvious changes is the deletion of the "software development assignment" document in the previous version. Through the analysis of the revision process of each version of the general requirements for military software development documents and the study of the development status of the military software industry, the influence of the revision of "deleting the software development assignment" on military software development is obtained.From the two aspects of "implementation of requirement tracking" and "retention of software development assignment for different projects", the practical guidance for military software development is given.
