摘 要:采用焙砂中和除镁法,即废电解液先用焙砂中和至pH值3.0~3.5,再加石灰乳调整pH值到7~8,使锌沉淀到渣中返回系统,镁留在溶液中,从而达到了除镁的目的。与传统的中和沉锌除镁法相比,石灰乳的用量减少,产生的石膏渣少,锌的损失量少。在反应时间为90 min、温度为60℃、pH值为7~8的条件下,沉锌后液锌含量(质量浓度)低于0.8 g/L,镁开路效率达到83.4%。The method of calcine neutralization and magnesium removal is adopted,that is,the waste electrolyte is first neutralized with calcine to pH 3.0~3.5,and then the lime milk is added to adjust the pH to 7~8,so that the zinc is precipitated into the slag and returned to the system,and the magnesium remains in the solution,so as to achieve the purpose of magnesium removal.Compared with the traditional neutralization zinc precipitation and magnesium removal method,the consumption of lime milk is reduced,the gypsum slag generated is less,and the loss of zinc is less.When the reaction time is 90 min,the temperature is 60℃,and the pH value is 7~8,the zinc content(volume mass)of the solution after zinc precipitation is lower than 0.8 g/L,and the open circuit efficiency of magnesium reaches 83.4%.
