摘　　要：介绍了SK85碳素工具钢热轧钢带的一种传统生产工艺,该钢种从性能需求出发,按照高标准设计化学成分。针对冶炼、精炼、连铸、热轧所应用的技术措施,对部分重要工艺参数进行总结分析,完善产品的工艺路线及生产工艺。对试制的SK85热轧带钢进行金相和力学性能检测,结果显示,带钢成品钢质纯洁,非金属夹杂物少,抗拉强度942~1275 MPa,断后伸长率16.0%~21.5%,洛氏硬度(HRC)为27~43。This paper introduces a traditional production process of hot-rolled carbon tool steel strip SK85,the steel grade starts from the performance,the high standard design chemical composition.In view of the technical measures applied in smelting,refining,continuous casting and hot rolling,some important process parameters are summarized and analyzed,and the process route and production process of products are improved.The Metallo graphic and mechanical properties of SK85 hot-rolled strip were tested.The finished steel strip has pure steel,few non-metallic inclusions,tensile strength of 942~1275 MPa,Rockwell hardness of 27~43HRC,elongation of 16%~21.5%.
