摘 要:菱镁矿在880℃保温3h条件下煅烧,然后经破碎、粉磨后制成<0.074 mm的轻烧菱镁矿细粉,以菱镁矿细粉为原料加入不同量的脱硅锆,经研磨混合、成型、烘干后,在不同高温下进行保温3h锻烧,对试样进行性能检测和分析。结果表明:当脱硅锆添加量从0增加到20%,试样经高温锻烧后的相对密度、常温耐压强度和抗热震性表现为先增大后减小的趋势,在脱硅锆添加量为10%时达到最大值。当脱硅锆添加量为10%,在1750℃保温3h锻烧,所得试样的相对密度达到最大值87.32%,试样的常温耐压强度达到最大值202.5 MPa,试样抗热震性达到最大值6次。Magnesite is calcined at 880℃for 3 hours,and then crushed and ground to make light burned magnesite powder<0.074 mm.Different amounts of desiliconized zirconium are added to the magnesite fine powder as raw material.After grinding,mixing,shaping and drying,the magnesite is calcined at different temperatures for 3 hours,and the performance of the sample is tested and analyzed.The results showed that when the addition of desiliconized zirconium increased from 0 to 20%,the relative density,room temperature compressive strength and thermal shock resistance of the samples after high-temperature calcination showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and reached the maximum when the addition of desiliconized zirconium was 10%.When the addition amount of desiliconized zirconium is 10%and the sample is calcined at 1750℃for 3 hours,the relative density of the obtained sample reaches the maximum value of 87.32%,the normal temperature compressive strength of the sample reaches the maximum value of 202.5 MPa,and the thermal shock resistance of the sample reaches the maximum value of 6 times.
