摘 要:为进一步保证选煤厂最终产品质量、生产成本和生产效率,综合分析选煤厂对应原煤的性质,在结合市场分析确定产品需求的基础上对不同分选方案的经济收益进行对比,得出炼焦煤和动力煤产品对应的最佳分选下限,针对性地完成了主分选环节、粗煤泥分选环节的优化设计,并新增了细煤泥分选方法,最终,对分选方案的选煤方法的效益进行验证。In order to further ensure the final product quality,production cost and production efficiency of the coal preparation plant,the nature of raw coal corresponding to the coal preparation plant is comprehensively analyzed,and the economic benefits of different separation schemes are compared on the basis of determining the product demand based on market analysis.The optimal separation lower limit corresponding to coking coal and power coal products is obtained,and the optimization design of main separation link and coarse slime separation link is targeted.The fine slime separation method is added,and finally,the benefit of the coal separation method of the separation scheme is verified.
