摘 要:基于大煤柱巷道严重浪费,煤炭资源且易造成应力集中而出现巷道难以控制的问题,针对和谐煤业15104综放工作面回风顺槽的实际状况,采用理论分析煤柱侧覆岩活动特征及采空区侧向支承压力演化规律,结合数值模拟手段对比分析不同煤柱尺寸下巷道围岩变形与应力特性。模拟结果表明,煤柱宽度为6m时小煤柱沿空掘巷巷道围岩稳定性较好。根据模拟结果,提出采用高强锚索支护顶板和煤柱帮的强力支护措施,以有效控制小煤柱巷道底鼓和非对称变形难题。现场实践效果表明,采用留小煤柱沿空掘巷技术掘巷期间巷道两帮收缩量为76 mm,顶底板移近量58 mm,能够满足安全生产要求。Based on the serious waste of coal resources in large coal pillar roadways and the problem that the roadways are difficult to control due to the stress concentration,aiming at the actual situation of the return air gateway in the 15104 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Harmony Coal Industry.The movement characteristics of overburden at the side of coal pillar and the evolution law of lateral abutment pressure in goaf are analyzed theoretically,and the deformation and stress characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway under different coal pillar sizes are compared and analyzed by means of numerical simulation.The simulation results show that when the width of coal pillar is 6 m,the surrounding rock stability of small coal pillar gob side entry is better.The strong support measures of roof and coal pillar wall with high-strength anchor cable support are proposed,which can effectively control the floor heave and asymmetric deformation of small coal pillar roadway.The field practice results show that the shrinkage of both sides of the roadway is 76 mm by the technology of driving roadways along the goaf with small coal pillars,and the roof and floor movement is 58 mm,which can meet the requirements of safety production.
