摘　　要：主要介绍了陕钢优质碳素结构钢45钢的生产实践。采用转炉方坯连铸工艺,通过转炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、保护浇铸及连续轧制等技术,进行了45钢工业试制。经用户使用,试制的产品性能稳定、内部质量良好,能够满足汽车、机械制造行业的使用要求。This paper mainly introduces the production practice of Shaanxi Steel's high-quality carbon structural steel 45 steel.It adopts converter billet continuous casting process,through converter smelting,LF furnace refining,protective casting,continuous rolling and other technologies to carry out industrial trial production of 45 steel.After being used by users,the trial produced products have stable performance and good internal quality,which can meet the use requirements of automobile and machinery manufacturing industries.
