摘  要:结合公司的设备现状和生产实践,针对304不锈钢铸坯表面凹陷缺陷问题,进行缺陷机理研究分析,重点围绕结晶器锥度、结晶器液面、塞棒塞头材质等方面展开工艺研究改进。通过建立铸坯缺陷管控制度,对全流程铸坯缺陷进行精准控制,304不锈钢连铸坯表面质量得到稳定控制,铸坯表面修磨率大幅降低,为进一步提升铸坯表面质量积累了宝贵经验。Based on the equipment status and production practice of the company,the defect mechanism of 304 stainless steel billet surface depression was studied and analyzed.And process research and improvement are conducted on the mold taper,mold level,stopper plug material and other aspects.Through the establishment of slab defect management and control system,the slab defects in the whole process were accurately controlled,the surface quality of 304 stainless steel continuous casting slab was stably controlled,and the slab surface grinding rate was significantly reduced,accumulating valuable experience for further improving the slab surface quality.
