摘　　要：近年来随着进口矿比例的不断升高,生石灰粉对烧结过程的强化作用逐渐减弱,这也为烧结降低熔剂成本创造了有利条件。汉钢公司烧结厂通过优化配矿结构、调整熔剂结构及产品质量优质品率的管控,有效地降低了烧结熔剂成本。In recent years,with the increasing proportion of imported ores,the strengthening effect of quicklime powder on the sintering process is gradually weakened,which also creates favorable conditions for reducing the cost of flux in sintering.The sintering plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company effectively reduced the cost of sintering flux by optimizing the ore blending structure,adjusting the flux structure and controlling the rate of high-quality products.
