摘 要:对宣钢1号高炉2009年高炉中下部炉墙结厚及炉缸冻结的严重炉况波动恢复过程进行了总结。初期通过采取集中加焦,扩大风口面积,稳定入炉原燃料质量,强化期坚持开放中心、活跃炉缸、边缘不压,先上风量、再重负荷、最后调整角度的主导思想,实现了炉况恢复,为后续高炉强化冶炼及指标改善奠定了基础。The recovery process of serious furnace condition fluctuation caused by the thickening of the middle and lower furnace walls and the freezing of the hearth of No.1 blast furnace of Xuanhua Steel Group in 2009 was summarized.At the initial stage,through centralized coking,the area of the tuyere was expanded,the quality of raw materials and fuels fed into the furnace was stabilized,and during the strengthening period,the center was opened,the hearth was active,and the edge was not pressed.The main idea of first supplying air volume,then heavy load,and finally adjusting angle has realized the recovery of furnace conditions,laying a foundation for the subsequent intensified smelting of blast furnace and improvement of indicators.
