摘　　要：为积极响应公司降本增效及高质量发展的战略规划,同时为品种钢的开发创造条件,对公司早期建设的线材生产线实施线材Mini轧机和高效化生产技术开发及应用,引进美国Primetals、意大利Danieli、德国SIMENS、瑞典SundBirsta公司设备,综合应用各家优势,创新性提出一种高效化生产技术,将轧制速度提高至115 m/s,且产品尺寸精度、合格率都有较大幅度的提高,配置满足多钢种多品种生产需求,提高了生产的灵活性和市场的适应性。In order to actively respond to the company's strategic plan of cost reduction,efficiency increase and high-quality development,while creating conditions for the development of variety steel,the company implements the development and application of wire rod Mini mill and efficient production technology for the wire rod production line built in the early stage of the company,introduces equipment from Primetals,Danieli,SIMENS,and SundBirsta,Sweden,comprehensively applies their advantages,and creatively proposes an efficient production technology.The rolling speed is increased to 115 m/s,and the dimensional accuracy and qualification rate of products are greatly improved.The configuration meets the production requirements of multiple steel grades and varieties,which improves the production flexibility and market adaptability.
