摘　　要：为进一步提升焦炉煤气的脱硫效率,降低脱硫成本,在对当前焦炉煤气脱硫工艺流程及其现状分析的基础上,提出了脱硫工艺改造的主流思路,并对脱硫塔的内部构造进行改进优化。从脱硫效率、处理能力和副产品收益三个方面来看,取得了较为理想的改进效果。In order to further improve the desulfurization efficiency of coke oven gas and reduce the desulfurization cost,based on the analysis of the current coke oven gas desulfurization process and its status,the mainstream idea of desulfurization process transformation is proposed,and the internal structure of the desulfurization tower is improved and optimized.The actual operation effect is analyzed from three aspects of desulfurization efficiency,treatment capacity and by-product income,and a relatively ideal improvement effect is achieved.
