摘　　要：为保证轧机在轧钢过程稳定生产,延长轧机在线使用寿命,实现料型精细控制,宣钢二钢轧厂通过对轧机机芯、导卫进行优化改造,提高了轧机精度,有效控制了精轧各架料型,减少了轧制事故,实现了产量、指标提升。In order to ensure the stable production of the rolling mill in the steel rolling process,extend the online service life of the rolling mill,and realize the fine control of the stock shape,the rolling plant of No.2 Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.of Xuanhua Steel has improved the precision of the rolling mill,effectively controlled the material types of each frame for finishing rolling,reduced rolling accidents,and realized the improvement of output and indicators through the optimization and transformation of the mill core and guide.
