摘　　要：300系和400系不锈钢在轧制条件上有较大差异,目前在20辊轧机上,中间辊一般采用H12材质,该材质在400系不锈钢作业时存在过钢量少的问题,影响作业效率,影响板形控制。通过借鉴M2钢在热轧辊上应用的成功经验,在冷轧机上试用M2材质的1中间辊。与H12材质的轧辊相比,M2材质的轧辊可显著提高过钢量,改善板型,提高作业效率。There are great differences in rolling conditions between 300 series and 400 series stainless steels,At present,on the 20 high rolling mill,the intermediate roll is generally made of H12,which has the problem of less steel passing during the operation of 400 series stainless steel,affecting the operation efficiency and shape control.By using the successful experience of M2 steel in the application of hot rolling rolls for reference,1 intermediate roll made of M2 material is tried on the cold rolling mill.Compared with the H12 roll,the M2 roll can significantly increase the amount of steel passing,improve the plate shape and improve the working efficiency.
